Checking and control procedure

The customer must follow these instructions carefully to make possible the handling of product’s anomalies.

  1. CHECK PACKAGES NUMBER

    Report on receipt any missing packages.

  2. CHECK PACKAGES STATE

    Always sign the receipt to the courier "Received damaged / wet packages - content unchecked". If the damage to the goods inside the packaging is evident, it is advisable to refuse delivery.

  3. ACCEPT GOODS

    If the packaging has anomalies, it is essential to note them on all receipts.

  4. PHOTOGRAPH PACKAGES

    In case of anomalies found on the packaging, always photograph it outside before opening.

  5. CAUTION IN OPENING

    Avoid damage to items using cutters or other (damage not covered by warranty).

  6. CHECK ANY ARTICLE

    Before starting assembly, in case of anomalies, photograph the product in its original packaging.

  7. KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGES

    Until the installation and verification of each part, keep the original packaging for any replacement or return of the goods.
