Orthopedic Ergogreen double bed base

Orthopedic by Ergogreen is a bed base made with a combination of wooden slats of 100 mm, in the lumbar and pelvis area, the areas of greatest load-bearing capacity, and 55 mm, in the other areas of the sleeping surface.

The central beam of the bed base is fitted with specific slat recesses, which prevent the slat from moving and leave the load-bearing capacity of the central beam unaltered.

ORTHOPEDIC ERGOGREEN DOUBLE BED BASE STRUCTURE:

The structure of Ergogreen bedsprings is designed and manufactured to be long-lasting without deforming, made of multilayer beech from FSC-certified forests with mandatory reforestation and recyclable materials.

The frame is 6 x 3 cm thick, this is the section that best fits inside an existing bed, and Catas tests show that it has excellent resistance to vertical static load tests on the edge of the bed base. Cherry finish frame with Ø 7.5 cm conical legs and a height of 25 cm. Equipped with rubber corner pieces that allow the net to achieve a high level of aesthetic performance and prevent the structure from squeaking because it separates the wooden parts. In addition, the rounded shape and soft rubber cushion any shocks, making the structure safer.
