Sanitymed by Ergogreen is a bed base made of 3D suspension elements with different bearing capacities, depending on the body segment they will support.
The independent 3D elements positioned in the pelvis area are equipped with an ERR stiffness adjustment element that allows the bearing capacity to be adjusted according to personal requirements, simply by rotating from the semi-rigid to the rigid position. In this way, support can be customised according to weight and anatomical conformation.
This unique and reliable 3D independent suspension moves in the 3 directions, accommodating the anatomical shape of the body and also ensuring optimal breathability of the mattress. According to the different body zones, the bed base is divided into differentiated zones: head, lumbar and leg zones with 3D elements with medium bearing capacity, shoulder zone with 3D elements with more comfortable bearing capacity (differentiation also in colour) and pelvis zone with 3D elements with medium bearing capacity and ERR adjustment.

SANITYMED ERGOGREEN QUEEN-SIZED BED BASE STRUCTURE:
The structure of Ergogreen bed base is designed and manufactured to last over time without deforming, made of beech plywood from FSC-certified forests with mandatory reforestation and with recyclable materials.
The frame is 6 x 3 cm thick, this is the section that best fits inside an existing bed, and Catas tests show that it has excellent resistance to vertical static load tests on the edge of the bedspring. All-white frame with Ø 7.5 cm conical legs and a height of 25 cm. Equipped with rubber corners that allow the net to achieve a high level of aesthetic performance and prevent the structure from squeaking because it separates the wooden parts. In addition, the rounded shape and soft rubber cushion any shocks, making the structure safer.
The 3D support elements are installed on wooden slats and are made of TPEE, a tested polymer, which retains its elasticity characteristics even after repeated and lasting stresses.
Sanitymed in the version with electrical movement is equipped with 2 motors of 4500N, which are fast in lifting and high performance, silent and also environmentally friendly, as they stand out for their low energy consumption. In the event of a power failure, the bed base is equipped with an emergency battery that allows the backrest and footboard to be lowered at any time. It is also possible to equip the bed base with more powerful motors (6500N), or with radio frequency control.

As standard, Ergogreen bed bases are equipped with 25 cm high conical legs, upon request it is possible to have legs with a height of 30, 35 or 40 cm.
SANITYMED ERGOGREEN QUEEN-SIZED BED BASE ACCESSORIES:
It is possible to accessorize the bed base with the following accessories:
FOOT BRACKET CROSSBAR: The feet of the bed base are mounted on a crossbar that retracts their position.
LATERAL MATTRESS STOP: Robust, hooked onto the inner frames of the bed bases, it holds the mattresses
Y STANDARD CABLE: Accessory for electrically operated bed bases to raise legs and back at the same time.
STANDARD RADIOFREQUENCY CONTROL: Accessory for electrically operated bed bases with standard motors is supplied together with the motor incorporating the receiver and therefore cannot be added later. The control buttons are backlit and it is equipped with a night light.
On request it is possible to have the base in the XXL version, with slats, structure and possibly also a reinforced motor (recommended for people over 100 kg).
