Sanitymed Ergogreen single bed slat

Sanitymed by Ergogreen is a bed slat made but equipped with 3D suspension elements with different bearing capacities, depending on the body segment they will support. The independent 3D elements positioned in the pelvis area are equipped with an ERR stiffness adjustment element that allows the bearing capacity to be adjusted according to personal requirements, simply by rotating from the semi-rigid to the rigid position. In this way, support can be customised according to weight and anatomical conformation.

This unique and reliable 3D independent suspension moves in the 3 directions, accommodating the anatomical shape of the body and also ensuring optimal breathability of the mattress. According to the different body zones, the mattress base is divided into differentiated zones: head, lumbar and leg zones with 3D elements with medium bearing capacity, shoulder zone with 3D elements with more comfortable bearing capacity (also differentiated by colour) and pelvis zone with 3D elements with medium bearing capacity and ERR adjustment.

SANITYMED ERGOGREEN SINGLE BED SLAT STRUCTURE:

The structure of Ergogreen slatted frames is designed and manufactured to last without deforming over time, made of beech plywood from FSC-certified forests with mandatory reforestation and with recyclable materials.

The frame is 6 x 3 cm thick, this is the section that best fits inside an existing bed, and Catas tests show that it has excellent resistance to vertical static load tests on the edge of the bedspring. All-white frame with Ø 7.5 cm conical legs and a height of 25 cm. Equipped with rubber corners that allow the net to achieve a high level of aesthetic performance and prevent the structure from squeaking because it separates the wooden parts. In addition, the rounded shape and soft rubber cushion any shocks, making the structure safer.

The 3D support elements are made of TPEE, a tested polymer, which retains its elasticity characteristics even after repeated and lasting stresses.

Sanitymed in the version with electric movement is equipped with 2 4500N motors, fast in lifting and performing, silent and also ecological, since they are distinguished by low energy consumption. In the event of a power cut, the bed base is equipped with an emergency battery that allows the backrest and footboard to be lowered at any time. It is also possible to accessorize the bed base with more powerful motors (6500N), or even with radio frequency control.

As standard, Sanitymed is accessorized with conical legs of 25 cm height, upon request it is possible to have legs of 30, 35 or 40 cm height.
