Marmomac, the Marble Exhibition in Verona – September 2022

The trade fair dedicated to the marble sector in Verona reaches its 56th edition: Marmomac will be held from 27 to 30 September 2022 in Verona. The appointment was created to share a preview of new products and technologies in the stone sector and to reveal future trends in the industry.

What is Marmomac?

Marmomac is the world’s meeting place par excellence for natural stone. We are talking about the most important exhibition dedicated to the entire stone production chain: from quarry to processed product, from technologies to machinery and tools.

It is not a ‘simple’ trade fair, but a real hub, where conferences and training courses are organised for professionals.

The numbers of the marble fair

We can define Marmomac as the largest community in the marble world: it counts more than 756 exhibitors from 39 nations, with a presence in the US market through the Marmomac Pavilion at the TISE event in Las Vegas.

The Italian Stone Theatre: a special pavilion dedicated to Made in Italy, showcasing stone technologies and experiments that highlight the work of the greatest designers and planners.

Marble: protagonist of furnishing trends

Among the main furnishing and interior design trends of recent years, marble is increasingly asserting itself as the protagonist of the materials chosen for elegant and refined design.

We find it as a top for dining and coffee tables, in ornaments but also in the kitchen and bathroom. The trend is the return of fine materials such as leather and velvet, warm metallic colours such as gold and brass.

Marble can also be used in floors, tables and kitchens. It goes well in simple contexts, giving it a precious touch. It goes well with all colours, bright ones and more neutral ones, including black. The perfection? The combination with gold and brass, for timeless elegance.
