The Modern House Fair is a historical event and reference point in the modern furnishing sector, and has always been a meeting place for experts and home enthusiasts. Casa Moderna is the highlight event in the living sector, showcasing the best modern interior and exterior furnishing solutions and more. This year’s 69th edition will take place from Saturday 1 to Sunday 9 October 2022.

This year at the Modern House Fair, the 7th edition of Casa Sicura will take place, a space entirely dedicated to what is safety in the home, in the family environment, in the habits and daily life of those who live there.

The Modern House connected to the Modern Outdoors
For the fourth year running, the ‘Green Home’ route is set up at the trade fair as a bridge between home and outdoor interior design.
Launched in 2019, this exhibition route expresses an increasingly popular trend that places plants, flowers, verandas, awnings, bioclimatic pergolas and design objects among outdoor furnishing solutions.
As some experts in the sector say, “Living en plein air is, for us indoor generation, a great luxury; but design, alert to the world, is ripe to respond loudly to this increasingly manifest need for living”.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION WILL ALLOW:
1) FREE ENTRANCE Monday to Friday
2) ENTRANCE AT € 3.00 on Saturday and Sunday

Reduced price ticket € 5.00
On Saturday and Sunday, OVER 65s and children aged 14 to 18 years old are entitled to the reduced ticket (€ 5.00) without online registration.
PROFESSIONALS SPECIAL: architects, engineers, surveyors and industrial experts registered with the Orders and Colleges of Friuli Venezia Giulia can visit Casa Moderna free of charge every day and without pre-registration. To take advantage of this opportunity, professionals will have to go to the west entrance of the Fair, presenting their ID card certifying membership of the Order/College. If the ID card is not available, the staff at the entrance will check the professional’s registration online.
Catering at the Exhibition Centre: in order to satisfy different tastes and needs with “tailor-made” dishes and proposals, there will be several refreshment areas for lunch, dinner or a snack in compliance with anti-Covid 19 safety regulations.
Parking: 3,000 free parking spaces
